Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Academies Australasia Group Limited, a company that has been operating for more than 100 years and which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, since 1996. Previous positions include senior appointments in central, commercial and investment banking in Australia and overseas more than 20 years.
Member of ACPET International Education Committee, ACPET (NSW) Committee and Council on Australia Latin America Relations Education Action Group.
Gabriela Rodriguez

Gabriela is Executive Director of Academies Australasia Pty Limited and is on the board of each of the 9 colleges in the Academies Australasia group. She has more than 10 years operational experience in various aspects of international education in Australia and overseas, including compliance, curriculum development, marketing and lecturing.
Mark Lo

Mark has more than 30 years of experience in academia and industry. He was Vice President for DMR Asia Pacific, responsible for Practice & Resources before joining Unisys Australia as their Principal for the Southern Region. He was subsequently the Managing Principal for Unisys Pacific’s Asian operation based in Singapore overseeing 600 professionals across 10 countries. He also served as Vice President, Unisys Corporation, responsible for the company’s World Wide Work Flow and Imaging program. Based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Mark’s team supported the US$150m program across 38 countries in the Central & South Americas, Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. Prior to this, Mark was working for IBM Australia and Arthur Young & Co. and had spent many years in consulting, with a specialisation in management and IT strategic planning. Mark first started lecturing in Swinburne’s undergraduate programs in 1976. His passion for education led him to continue as an adjunct teaching fellow for Swinburne’s Master of Information Systems Program for three years.
Esther Teo

Esther has extensive retail and information technology experience in Australia, having spent 22 years with Coles Myer Limited.
Prior to arriving in Australia, Esther worked for Hewlett-Packard Singapore, in system analysis and project management roles.
Esther taught Supply Chain Management and Information Technology strategies in RMIT, Swinburne and Monash as a sessional lecturer, before joining Academies Australasia Polytechnic full-time as Academic Coordinator for the University of Ballarat programs.
