Agent Zone

At AMI Education, we aim to ensure our international students are provided with honest and professional agent representation at all times. For this reason, our approved agents are required to adhere to our written policies and procedures.

All agents are also required to act within the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (The National Code) and the ESOS Act 2000.

AMI Education recognises the Education Agent Training Course offered by International Education Services in partnership with AEI and DIAC.
To become an approved AMI Education agent, please follow the steps below.

1. Submit online Agent Application Form with supporting documentation

In addition to your application form, you will also need to submit your business profile, a list of referees (minimum 3) and your marketing plan.
You will be advised when we have received your application. At this time, your application process will commence.

2. Acceptance of Agent Application Form

We will accept your application when:

  • Your referee checks have been complete
  • Your Business Profile has been accepted
  • Your Marketing Plan has been accepted

3. Approval

We will notify you once your application has been accepted.

At this time, you will be asked to sign an Agent Contract and return a copy to AMI Education. You will then be sent an Agent Certificate which provides you with official recognition that you are appointed by AMI Education to recruit students on our behalf. Promotional material will also be sent to you. AMI Education prides ourselves on using ethical agents and undertakes regular monitoring and training of our agents.
