Vocational Programs

At AMI Education, we offer Diploma of Hospitality ( Commercial Cookery stream) and Diploma of Community Welfare Work courses with first-class training facilities and a dedicated team of qualified and experienced teachers.
The delivery of Diploma of Hospitality is at our Swanston Street, Carlton campus and provides fully commercial kitchen facilities include a fully operational café, extensive banquet and catering kitchens, a large industry-standard training kitchen, fully equipped computer laboratories and more. We also provide industry placement through our Industry Placement Office.
When studying at AMI Education , we support you to make your study experience as personally rewarding as possible in the hospitality or community welfare industry.
Teaching & Assessment Methods
AMI Education recognizes the diverse learning needs of students and has thus incorporated a range of teaching and delivery methods in the courses offered. They include observation, discussion, written assignments, tests, examinations, and/or practical application/work related projects, classroom instruction, group and individual work, field trips, teamwork activities and an emphasis on real worksituations through role plays.
Assessment will be related to these training delivery methods.
